About Terri Attridge
My name is Terri Attridge -I am originally from New Jersey and have now been a Grand Canyon resident for a year and a half. Although this is quite a switch from the East Coast, I am really having a great time here.
I am loving Arizona, and I’m a stranger in my own new state. I have been almost everywhere in a ten hour radius from Southern Utah to Mexico! As New Jersey is a very densely populated state, the landscape here seems unbelievably expansive to me. I’ve witnessed the most amazing sunsets and stars that I have ever seen- here in Arizona.
I am fascinated by the remaining ghost towns and enthralled to photograph them. Photographing ghost towns might be one of my most favorite things to do with my free time. I am also an avid hiker and find hiking in Arizona challenging but very rewarding.
Other than that I enjoy art, good cups of coffee in remote places, trying new and unusual foods, Halloween, volunteering, the free section on craigslist, big dogs, diners, antiques, summiting mountains, etsy.com, the idea of mermaids, cooking, and the beach(from which I am very far).
I’m extremely happy to be a part of this internship!
